Oneseat Reaches 1 Million Signatures - Time To Fight France In Their Own Territory (Again)

This is my first post for a long time, due to a mixture of exam pressure and not very many people reading it as opposed to Conservative Comment. But hey, here we go.
One million people have signed an internet petition calling for an end to the European Parliament's monthly sessions in Strasbourg.
Which, if you remember, is the amount of signatures a petition needs to guarantee a debate in that great talking shop - the European Parliament - in the now-implemented in all but name Constitution. I signed, as did a good many people, so as far as I'm concerned, it was 20 seconds well spent.

But:
a decision to scrap the Strasbourg location would have to be made unanimously by the 25 EU member governments, and France is strongly opposed.
Yeah, time to say to the frenchies - take Strasbourg or leave the EU. Britain is often told when it is the only objector in Europe that it has to go along with the majority, even when QMV isn't actually in force. Time to say the same, for consistency's sake, to France.
